Heather from the Black Hawk office reports that we had a pretty good week of fishing, especially considering what Mother Nature was trying to throw at us. Our squid trips on Sunday and Wednesday were decent, but not the lights out squid fishing we’re hoping for. It’ll get better, and we’ll have some more trips as soon as the weather allows.
Saturday’s trip was tough, due to the rain and wind that picked up as the day went on. Our awesome anglers still caught a decent number of porgies despite the conditions. Unfortunately, we had to cancel Sunday’s trip due to the high winds.
We’ll be fishing every weekend right now, and weekdays based on the weather and our charter schedule. Check the website for our schedule and to grab your tickets!
