Heather from the Black Hawk office reports a great week of fishing! We had limits of jumbo porgies on many trips! Tuesday’s private charter did a bit of porgy fishing, and a bit of bluefishing- and had great results for both! Thursday’s fluke trip had a solid number of good sized fluke. We’ll be adding more fluke trips as the season progresses, so be sure to grab your spots. These trips will sell out fast!
Our After Work trip on Friday night was a bit slower than we’d hoped for, but we still put a good number of fish on the boat. Saturday’s trip had to contend with stiff winds, so we had to fish in some alternate locations, and the fishing just wasn’t as good as we’d hoped.
Our trips continue to be by reservation only at this time. Just like last year, tickets will be available to purchase on our website on Monday evenings at 8:00 pm. We will post tickets for our trips one week at a time, approximately two weeks ahead of time. All trips will be by reservation only, so be sure to grab your tickets early!
July and August private charters are filling quickly, so be sure to contact Heather and get your date before it’s sold out. Private charters are a great, affordable way to get out with your family, friends, or business!
