Heather from the Black Hawk office reports that we didn’t quite get what we were hoping for on our trips this week. Our first trip of 2021, on Friday, never materialized into what we were hoping for. We had a good pick of cod, up to 20 pounds, but never quite got the big hit we were waiting for. Some ling and bergals rounded out the catch. Sunday we went out and had beautiful weather for a January day, but again, not the fishing we were hoping for. A handful of cod, and again some ling and bergals to round out the day. We’re hoping for better days to come!
We’ll post trips based on the weather, so stay tuned and we will let you know when we’re heading out. We’ll also be starting our Black Hawk seminar series soon, with live seminars on Facebook.
