Heather from the Black Hawk office reports another great week of fishing! We had more outstanding days of bottom fishing, with jumbo porgies and huge seabass coming over the rails. We had a good mix of triggerfish as well. On Saturday, we had some wind to contend with, and had to fish in some secondary spots. It was a little tougher than it had been, but we still brought home a good number of both porgies and seabass.
Our After Work Special trips ended this week with Friday night’s trip. Huge blues made for a memorable last After Work trip of the season.
Our schedule has changed slightly, as we’re only doing one trip per day now on the weekends, leaving at 6am. Trips are still posted on Monday evenings, and are filling up about a week ahead of time. We recommend getting your tickets as early as possible so you can get the date you’d like. As always, check the website and Facebook for updates and reports. We look forward to seeing everyone soon!
