Heather from the Black Hawk office reports that it was another excellent week of fishing. The porgy bite continues to be red hot, with near daily limits of jumbo scup! The sea bass bite remains solid and is improving every trip- most days, we’re loading plenty of nice knotheads into the coolers. We had some young kids on the boat over the last week, and they had a great time reeling in the porgies and seabass- we always love seeing kids on the boat. Take a kid fishing!
We’ve got some night bass trips this week, so stay tuned for reports from those trips. We only have a few dates still available for charters in July, and August is filling quickly too, so be sure to get your date on the calendar before we’re sold out.
All trips continue to be by reservation only, and we’re posting tickets online about 2 weeks ahead of time. They are filling very quickly online, so be sure to grab your tickets as soon as you see the date you’d like posted. As always, check the website and Facebook for details and information.
