Capt. Greg from the Black Hawk reports that Friday was a good day. We had a lot of codfish- we drifted most of the day, and some of the drifts has as many as 15-18 fish. Seabass were mixed in and as a bonus, if you wanted ’em, there were as many mackerel as you could possibly catch. Some of the guys who wanted them easily caught over 100. Unfortunately, Saturday and Sunday were blowouts because of the stiff winds.

We’re planning on heading out the Saturday and Sunday after Christmas, weather permitting. After that, we’ll be doing some cod trips when the weather allows. Be sure to stay tuned to our emails and Facebook for updates.
