Heather from the Black Hawk office reports that it was another good week of fishing on the Black Hawk! While we did lose a day to the wind, the rest of the week showed good fishing on the porgies and seabass. On Monday night, we had our annual trip with The Fallen Outdoors, a group that brings veterans together to do outdoor activities. We are honored to be able to donate this trip to the group, and hope to do so for years to come!
Our weekend trips were excellent, with our bottom fishing trips during the days, our Friday After Work Special, and our family trip on Saturday. The kids had a blast reeling in porgies all afternoon. We hold these special trips every Saturday afternoon, and hope you can join us! Take a kid fishing!
We’ll be running blues/bass trips on Sunday afternoons starting in July- we’ve had many requests for these trips, and they are filling fast- so grab your spot today!
Our private charter dates are nearly sold out for the season- so if you’d like to get your group on board, now is the time to reserve your date. There are only a few dates left for the whole summer! Be sure to contact Heather in the office asap to get your group on the calendar!
