Heather from the Black Hawk office reports that things are one repeat- it was another week of fantastic fishing! Limits of jumbo poriges, huge seabass, and a good mix of fluke filling the coolers on our day trips.
Thursday’s fluke/seabss trip was hampered by the weather- while we had good numbers of seabass, the fluke fishing wasn’t as good due to the conditions.
Our Friday afternoon “After Work Special” trip showed awesome bluefishing- as many of the monster sized blues as you could ask for! A great night out on the water!
Our “Take A Kid Fishing” trips started this week. We had a great group of kids and their families out on Saturday afternoon- everyone had a great time catching porgies and seabass. We’re looking forward to more of these trips- we’re doing them every Saturday afternoon in August!
Our trips continue to be by reservation only at this time. As always, tickets will be available to purchase on our website on Monday evenings at 8:00 pm. We will post tickets for our trips one week at a time, approximately two weeks ahead of time. All trips will be by reservation only, so be sure to grab your tickets early!
