Capt. Greg from the Black Hawk reports that the three nights of striped bass fishing trips this week were nothing short of excellent. Beautiful weather and big fish up to about 45 pounds. We couldn’t ask of for anything better. We’ll be posting more soon, so stay tuned.
Porgy fishing all week has been very, very good with easy limits. On the weekends, it’s a little tougher but still nice fishing. With the seabass opening on Sunday, the boat is out as of this writing and we’re picking away on some nice Seabass and porgies. Some bluefish, short striped bass, and a few fluke mixed in too.
Heather from the office reports that we have a few dates open for charters, but they are filling up fast, so be sure to call the office soon to grab a spot. We are currently sailing 7 days a week, leaving at 6am on the weekends and 7am during the week. Please note that there is no open trip on Saturday, June 29th.
Our full July schedule is posted on our website and tickets are available for purchase online. We’ve added some After Work Special trips and some new night bass dates, so grab your spots soon. As always, check our website and Facebook page for updates and reports. We look forward to seeing everyone soon!
