Heather from the Black Hawk office reports that the fishing this week just was not what we wanted it to be. On Friday, we had some excellent weather but the bite was not what we hoped for. We made some moves looking for better grounds but never found a pile of fish to work on. We picked away at what was there to catch and put some nice fish in the coolers but still it wasn’t what we had anticipated. Hoping for improvement in the near future.
In the meantime, we’re getting ready for our next round of sports shows. We’ll be heading to the Mohegan Sun casino for the CT Fishing & Outdoor Show February 14-16, then we’ll be heading to Philadelphia and Suffern, NY. Looking forward to seeing our customers, and seeing some new faces too. Be sure to join us at a show this winter!
